Join us for a hands-on beading workshop led by Upper Smelqmix and Settler artist Marisa Law. In this beginner-friendly session, participants will learn foundational beading techniques while creating a beaded wristlet or mini lanyard.
Marisa will guide you through the process step by step, sharing her knowledge and approach to beading while encouraging personal expression. A wide selection of bead colours will be available, allowing each participant to customize their piece and create something uniquely their own.
No previous experience is required. This workshop offers a welcoming space to learn, create, and connect through Indigenous-led art-making.
