Michael Forbes is a 35 year old Haida artist who descends from the Stanley family of Masset on the Haida Gwaii Islands. He started his company Silver Lining Designs in 2010. He expresses his art through Sand blasted glassware. He has been inspired by Bill Reid and Robert Davidson.
