Coast Salish Design + Painting Workshop with Maynard Johnny Jr.

Learn about Coast Salish design with artist Maynard Johnny Jr. and create your own small painting on canvas. Suitable for ages 10 and up. No previous experience required. Supplies will be provided. Saturday, March 30 from 1pm - 4pm.

Limited to 15 participants.

$40 for non-members, $35 for members.

Maynard Johnny Jr. is of Coast Salish and Kwakwaka'wakw descent and now lives in Vancouver. He is known for his colourful paintings and silkscreen prints. Maynard's work has been displayed in numerous gallery shows and major museum exhibitions in Vancouver, Victoria, and Seattle.
