Beaded Earring Workshop

Learn how to make your own traditional brick-stitch fringe earrings. This hands-on workshop will teach some simple beading techniques to create your own beautiful set of earrings. The workshop fee includes guided instruction, materials and admission to the Bill Reid Gallery. 

Maria-Margaretta is an interdisciplinary Métis artist exploring ideas of Indigenous representation through social and political issues of cultural identity and resurgence. Challenging erasure tactics and colonial assumptions of Indigeneity through the utilization of her own Métis identity, cultural knowledge, and traditional practices.
