Haida Fashion Designer Dorothy Grant Fashion Show

Join renowned Haida fashion designer Dorothy Grant in the Gallery as she presents her latest design collection. Dorothy was the 2008 recipient of the Honor Award presented by Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian. She'll be available after the show for fashion consultations.

Drawing Workshop
Saturday, January 17, 2009 1 pm to 4 pm
Join Tlingit artist Richard Shorty in the Gallery for a half-day workshop on the fundamentals of Northwest Coast Art drawing of Eagles. Richard has become known for merging traditional style with a realistic flair in his artwork. He will be presenting the Gallery's second in a series of courses on Northwest Coast Art.
